This is so true! Over the years I have developed a kind of prayer philosophy. “Worry is a sin, but prayer is a blessing.” So, if I find myself dwelling on a problem I can’t solve, I pray about it and let it go. This has helped me with some really difficult problems, worries, and seemingly unsolvable things I would just have pop up all the time. Reminding myself not to worry, to pray, and let it go in faith that the Lord would resolve the problem and present activities or people or opportunities which would lead to resolution, if I would just stop worrying and let the Lord work the miracle.
    It works!

Absolutely the best way to start your day. I also believe it is the best way to end your day.
